At Noble Horizon Homes, we believe every person deserves a safe place to call home and a real chance to rebuild their life. Our re-entry housing program provides stability, structure, and community for individuals transitioning out of incarceration in Indianapolis, Indiana including those who face the greatest barriers to finding placement.
